Tile Calculation Example for a Bathroom Floor
Calculate tile and boxes for a 10 × 8 ft bathroom floor using 12 × 24 in tile, a stated waste allowance, and real box rounding.
Introduction
This bathroom example uses a measured 10 × 8 ft net tile surface. No excluded area is subtracted inside the calculator because it has no separate exclusion input; if a permanent uncovered zone exists, determine the net surface before entering dimensions or use known-area mode.
